Nashville Transportation Options
Even though Nashville is smaller than major cities, the traffic can be horrendous. Nashville has experienced a tremendous growth over the past couple of years (100 people move here every day) and it's one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world.
Always plan ahead and budget twice the time for transportation. Driving downtown is highly discouraged, unless you are staying more than 20 miles away . Parking is pricey, so you usually come out ahead with other options. Click on the picture for links.

Uber also has a strong presence in Nashville. Ride shares are still about half of taxis. Budget plenty of time for pickup and never schedule your pickup on Broadway (it will take your driver FOREVER to arrive).
